We’re so confident you’ll love your Yooushi backpack. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, just return it within 30 days and get your money back. Yes, that includes personalized items. We're that confident.
- Non-personalized items: Eligible for a full refund, excluding shipping/return costs.
- Personalized items: Returns are subject to a $15 personalization fee per item, which will be deducted from the refund.
- Shipping costs: Original shipping charges and return shipping labels are non-refundable.
