A: Each backpack is personalized just for you, please allow 2–3 business days for name embroidery before shipping.

Q: What size are the backpacks?

Q: What if my personalized backpack arrives with the wrong spelling?
A: If the name arrives spelled differently than what you typed at checkout, we’ll replace it, no hassle. Just be sure to double-check the spelling before placing your order, since we embroider exactly what’s entered at checkout.
Q: Can I choose the embroidery font & thread color?
At this time, we offer one timeless font and crisp white thread designed to complement every colorway, so their name always stands out in the most beautiful way.
Q: Is the backpack machine-washable?
Yep! Just toss it in the washing machine on low spin+ cold water, and it’ll come out looking as good as new. Just remember, no dryer! Let it air dry in a shady spot to keep it in top shape.
Q: Can I send a gift message with my order?
